The goal of this lab should be to introduce students to use of computers to resolve Organic challenges. The next will likely be bundled: use of the LINUX working procedure; use of your PERL programming language for bioinformatics analysis; and usage of bioinformatics programs over a desktop Laptop or computer (local, BLAST, REPEATMASKER, CLUSTALW).
